It offers an immersive journey into holistic well-being, aiming to balance movement, rest, and healing through diverse practices such as somatic release, breath work, sound healing, and women's healing circles. Each day is themed to guide participants through deep inner exploration, using the healing arts as tools for transformation. The retreat emphasizes a connection with the five elements of nature — earth, water, fire, air, and ether — bringing them into harmony with the mind, body, and soul.
